surprise upgrade chilled cava artisan chocolates
I got a surprise room upgrade, a delight. A bottle of chilled Cava waited in an ice bucket and artisan chocolates added a sweet touch. The hotel also gifted me a massage, such pampering!
The dark carpets in the room made it seem less clean.

The restaurant offered a buffet breakfast with local Iberian and common food choices. The adjacent bar was a gathering spot, and the concierge assisted with visit planning before my arrival.

The room included comfortable beds and daily housekeeping service, sometimes twice a day. There were sweets placed on the bed during the evening service and a turn-down service to refresh the room.

lovely suite unexpected upgrade tender touch
The staff were attentive. My room was unexpectedly upgraded to a lovely Suite City View. I received a snack and a box of chocolates after returning from dinner (a tender touch).
The elevators were oddly distributed. I found the arrangement confusing initially.
